Returns Policy

Sugarpop Says sells print-on-demand merchandise fulfilled through third-party production partners. Because each item is made after an order is placed, our return policy is limited to defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Return eligibility

We accept returns or replacement requests only for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered.


We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, duplicate orders, or other customer ordering errors.

Return window

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.


To help us review the issue, include your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds and replacements

After review, eligible claims may receive a replacement item or refund. The available remedy depends on the issue, product availability, and fulfillment partner review.


Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

Return shipping costs

For approved defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items, return shipping instructions will be provided if a return is required.


Do not mail items back before contacting us. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If an item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us for review and we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
