Most merchandise orders are sent to production shortly after checkout. Typical production and handling time is 2 to 5 business days before shipment.
After production, standard U.S. delivery typically takes an additional 2 to 7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Orders may ship through USPS or another carrier selected by our fulfillment partner. Carrier selection can vary by item, destination, and production facility.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment is completed. Shipping is not included in the displayed product price unless specifically stated on the product page or checkout page.
Because items are made after an order is placed, products are not mass-stocked in a retail warehouse. If a production issue, inventory limitation, or fulfillment exception occurs, we will contact you about the next available resolution.
