- Registration Instructions: Teams are not considered registered until both team members are registered and paid. Partners have 10 days to register otherwise the team will be placed on the waitlist.
- Tournament Director Rights: Tournament Director reserves the right to combine age groups/levels and events as needed.
- Referee Use: Referees will be used for gold medal matches only.
